When we did a retrospective last month after our SmartValley project, it was agreed that there had been lots of communication and no major problems caused by poor communication but it was decided that a simple ‘communications management’ approach was desirable in any future project. Our community of practice will be using a recent post from Linky van der Merwe’s always excellent Virtual Project Consulting blog as our initial debating document. Does anyone have other good initial documents they can recommend?
