One of my contacts was suddenly asked for a RACI diagram by a likely partner in a project proposal. I was able to point out a section in the JISCInfoKit on responsibility charting that explained about Accountable Responsible Consulted Informed but was not indexed under the acronym.
In the past I have also found a series of summary articles by Swapnil Gyani and a broader article by the Six Sigma Black Belt William Rushing to be useful.
